A hiring process focused on the candidate experience
From your first contact with Ciao's recruiting team, you'll feel like part of the team. Not only will our talent acquisition colleagues be sure to get back to you at lightning speed, they'll genuinely want to learn more about you during our hiring process.
It's a simple enough process: During a warm and friendly meeting, our team will identify your career aspirations and present you with an opportunity that might make you want to join our ranks. During this open discussion, we'll also make sure to introduce you to Ciao: our history, culture, structure, and various advantages. The rest of the meeting is dedicated solely to you and your questions about our projects and the company.
And because we want to have the best of the best in the tribe, our colleagues will send you a test to give you a chance to demonstrate your technical skills in the role you want to fill. Once you've passed the test, you may have the chance to meet the project team you're interested in to find out more.
This final meeting marks the end of our recruitment process. Whether the outcome is positive or negative, our talent acquisition experts are committed to providing you with a transparent follow-up and answering any questions you may have.

Your welcome and integration at Ciao
Starting a new job is an exciting milestone, but it can also come with its share of uncertainties. Our human resources team goes above and beyond to provide a warm welcome, ensuring you feel supported and guided from your very first day with us.
Before you arrive, you'll have received all the information you need about your Ciao welcome. This includes the day and time you're expected, exactly where to meet, who's attending, the purpose of the welcome and what's planned for you for the rest of the day. During your welcome, the Human Resources team will introduce you to the various processes, internal policies, rights and obligations, and tools we use. You'll have all the information you need, and your HR advisor is never far away to answer your questions.
Following this initial welcome meeting, you'll have a second meet-and-greet with your direct team...because one's good, but two's even better! If you're being welcomed for a customer assignment, your HR advisor will also be on hand so that you can refer to a familiar face before meeting your new colleagues. During this induction, you'll meet your team and be introduced to your project and responsibilities.
And what really makes the difference during your first days (and after too!) at Ciao are all the programs and little extras put in place to make it easier for you to fit in and feel like you really belong right from the start. Throughout your adventure with the tribe, you'll appreciate attentive listening and incredible closeness to the company's management, administration and human resources.
