Accessibility audits and validation
Accessibility checks should start long before your project is ready for launch. By validating a website's architecture, user journeys, designs, and mock-ups early in the process, our experts can identify potential issues and address them quickly and cost-effectively.
By continuing validation throughout the project, you get the same benefits of rapid detection and resolution of non-compliance issues.
We offer two types of validation:
- Accessibility standard compliance audit. Our experts will go through your document, website, or web or mobile app with a fine-tooth comb. We will provide you with a detailed report on any issues as well as our recommended solutions for resolving them
- General accessibility validation. Our experts focus on the tasks to be accomplished in the document, site or app. We identify potential accessibility problems. Among other things, this assessment enables us to open a dialogue with management on accessibility and then take concrete action.
With your evaluation or audit report, Ciao offers training, support, and accessibility improvements thanks to our experienced developers.

At Ciao, we believe inclusive design and digital accessibility begin with knowledge sharing. With over 100 courses delivered since 2012, we aim to empower developers, project managers, designers, and writers to integrate accessibility principles into their work.
